Every single Feng Shui master, practitioner, or Feng Shui god, is in the same position vis-a-vis Period 8 (Feb 2004 - Feb 2024.) It's all new. Unless the Feng Shui practitioner is 192 years old and started at age 12, there is not one single Feng Shui master on the planet who knows entirely what Period 8 will bring, or how it will affect the chi established in Period 7 houses. That's because the last time Period 8 was on this earth was 180 years ago.

Every single Feng Shui practitioner or master is in the same position. Period 8 changes are new. No one knows precisely how the purported wealth of the period will materialize, or what will trigger it. No one knows precisely how Period 7 houses will adapt. The classics say one thing, but the knowledge is by its very nature empirical. For that a Feng Shui practitioner needs to see a lot of houses to read what's going on, and compare it with the knowledge provided by the classics.

To that end, Water Dragons Feng Shui® has a "Las Vegas Residential Special."

The price is $375.00 — irregardless of the size of the house, apartment, or condo — for two hours. This is for built residential structures only. Unless otherwise stated, this price does not include follow-up work that includes being present to measure physical changes to the residence that may be recommended during the two-hour audit. This is because carpenters, plumbers, or handymen hired vary widely in their degree of expertise, and can take hours to complete the work. Therefore, it is best that measurement work is coordinated with Water Dragons Feng Shui to avoid excessive cost. The "Las Vegas Residential Special" is only for residendents of Greater Las Vegas and Henderson.

Feng Shui Design Projects

New Home/Office Selection--$125 per hour--full scale audit not included, two-hour minimum

Office/Commercial Buildings--$1.25 per sq. ft to design or 75 cents per sq to audit, based on building footprint. Negotiable with larger buildlings or properties.

New Home Designs--$1.25 per sq. ft, based on building footprint not lot size

On-site presence for post-audit changes: $125 per hour

Water Dragon Feng Shui--unique water formulas--$10,000 and up, does not include the price of construction. These are not the same as Special External Water Formulas. Not all properties can have these. It is dependent on the building and environmental considerations.

Special Internal Water Formulas for wealth: $1800, does not include the cost of materials.

Special External Water Formulas for wealth: $2500, does not include the cost of materials. Not all properties can have these. It is dependent on the building and environmental considerations.

Master-Planned Community-Per Project

Travel

Airfare and accommodations in addition to Feng Shui fee. All air travel coach.

Day rate, whether two hours or 20 hours: $1800. Half-day minimum when more than one day.

All fees payable at time of audit. For larger projects, half due at beginning of project, remainder due when Feng Shui recommendations delivered to client. Larger projects require measurements after Feng Shui recommendations are delivered, and Water Dragons Feng Shui will guarantee its presence for these important measurements contractually.
